Placing an Order Online
After placing your order online, please check your order confirmation to ensure that the right products have been ordered. Please make sure that you have provided the correct telephone number, address and e-mail address, so we can contact you to confirm your order and delivery date.
The full amount is payed when you place your order and we will immediately make your new furniture, in accordance with your requirements. Your online transaction is managed by Stripe, a secure and encrypted online payment provider.
You will be notified of all costs including delivery at the time of placing your order, there will be no hidden charges or fees.
Delivery of your Order
Before delivery, please ensure that the products can pass through door openings, staircases, etc. You can find the dimensions of all our products on our website. There will always be two people to deliver your furniture for all furniture orders. They will carry your new furniture into the first accessible room of your home and ask you to check the products and acknowledge receipt of correct delivery. You will be contacted a number of days before your new furniture is delivered to arrange a delivery time that is suitable for you. At the day of delivery the driver will call you approximately 30 to 60 minutes before arrival to your home/office. Please note that after arranging delivery date and time if our delivery service is unable to make the delivery upon arrival, you will be charged for a new delivery. Our delivery service does not assemble furniture or remove any waste packaging.
We aim to have all website information up to date and accurate at all times. However, if we do make a mistake we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible, and if we spot that an error has affected your order we’ll do our best to let you know. When browsing our website the colours of products may vary depending on a few factors such as your display settings. Pictures and images on our website are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any product and details of what is included with the product, please read the product description.
All products are subject to availability. In unforeseen circumstances and with or without notice we may have to stop selling products either temporarily or permanently. We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our website.
Please make sure that your login details, password and all your other account details remain confidential at all times. If you know or suspect that the security of your account is at risk you should contact us.
Eligibility to Order Products
You can only purchase from Origineire if you are aged 18 or over and are a resident of the EU. You will need an active email address and a telephone number so that we can easily contact you. For certain products the age restriction is 25 years and proof of age will need to be presented.
Placing your Order
Your order counts as an offer to purchase goods from us. After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery and an order number.
We will endeavour to fulfill your order within the stated lead time. If your purchase is delayed we will advise you as soon as reasonably possible. In exceptional circumstances we may be unable to fulfill your order and in those situations you will be offered a full refund.
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards. We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, products and special offers at our discretion.
If we discover an error in our pricing we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
HOW TO PURCHASE
We sell beautiful design and décor products for your home, created by acclaimed and emerging designers based in Ireland, hand crafted, made to order and delivered to your door.
We've researched each product and met with every designer, maker and artist we represent. We endeavour to provide you with as much information about our products as possible so if you require further information, or want to make enquiries or suggestions, please contact us.
There is a customise option for most products. When you make your selections click the ‘Add to basket’ button to add to your order. If you would like to customise your order further use the 'Ask a Question' button on the product page to let us know what you would like.
After adding products to your shopping basket, you must sign in or sign up to ‘My Account’ for a secure checkout process. Our payment facility is managed by Stripe.
Once you have ordered, the process of making will begin. We generally don’t hold stock and most products are made to order.
When ready, we collect your order from the workshop and deliver it to you. Small items are delivered by post, larger items go by courier and we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
