Melding sculpture, architecture and contemporary craft, this grand dining table is immense in both size and structure. Created using the ancient technique of steam bending, which manipulates the timber through the application of water, temperature and pressure from the human hand, The Quadriptych Table evolved through exploring the inherent potential of the timber to be manipulated using this process.
This statement piece honours the structural integrity of the timber and accentuates the natural flow of the grain. A beautiful and rare table, limited in availability, and complimented well with The Oak Chairs.
Designed by Alan Meredith, this is a custom made, hand crafted chair, it is made-to-order and takes approx twenty four weeks to produce. Colours, grains and textures will differ from photographs shown. Each piece will have unique elements, but at all times your piece will be created to the highest quality standards.
All materials are ethically sourced with FSC certified timber. As a natural material, wood is impacted by the environment it is in, over time light will effect its colour and extreme changes in temperature and humidity will cause it to expand and contract; a moderate, unfluctuating environment will suit best. Colour swatches are for reference only and may not be exact.
