Handmade, contemporary rocker composed of a moulded, upholstered seat suspended within a solid wood frame. This modern, minimalist design perfectly unites form and function to create a comfortable, ergonomic seat. The timber elements of the frame are uniform in section to reinforce the unity of a single frame, with the chunkiness of the frame counterbalanced by the lightness of the floating seat, made of birch plywood, upholstered with a modern, durable upholstery fabric.
Wood and Upholstery Choices: Available in Mahogany, Ash, Oak, Beech and Walnut with a choice of fabrics. Colours, grains and textures will differ from photographs shown. Each piece will have unique elements, but at all times your piece will be created to the highest quality standards.
Dimensions: The Coolree Rocking Chair measures 680mm high, 640mm wide and 880mm deep.
Lead Time: This is a custom made, hand crafted rocking chair, it is made-to-order and takes approx eight weeks to produce.
Caring for Wood: All materials are ethically sourced with FSC certified timber. As a natural material, wood is impacted by the environment it is in, over time light will effect its colour and extreme changes in temperature and humidity will cause it to expand and contract, a moderate, unfluctuating environment will suit best.
